Al Jankowski, Owner / Operations Manager
Al Jankowski has been in the cleaning, maintenance, and restoration industry for over 26 years. After purchasing the Plover Duraclean in 1985 the company has and continues to prosper and grow each year. As well as overseeing all shop and operational duties and staff, Al is trained and Duraclean certified in Carpet/Furniture Cleaning, Fire/Smoke & Water Restoration, Mold Remediation and Containment, Advance Disaster Restorations, and Business Management – Planning and Marketing. Al can be found in the office, back in the shop or out on a service call, as the owner, he believes in first hand customer relationships.
Tammy Jankowski, Owner / Business Administrator
Tammy Jankowski has been with Duraclean Specialists since they opened in 1985. Trained and Duraclean Certified in Advanced Disaster Restorations, Water Damage, Mold Remediation and Containment, and Business Management – Hiring and Training / Planning and Marketing has made her vital to Duraclean’s success. Duties include Office and Financial Management, Advertising, Marketing, and Employee Relations.
John Ferrone Restoration Projects Manager / Sales & Marketing
John Ferrone joined the Duraclean team as the Sales and Marketing Manager and quickly moved into restorations. John has a vast backgound and years of experience in Sales and Human Resoruces and many years in Customer Service. Within the Cleaning and Restortion Industry holds several certifications here at Duraclean including Successful Subrogation; IICRC Certified in Water Restoration; Lead Safe Renovator, and Serum Application Technician. John has also become proficient in working with Xactimate. Xactimate is estimating software that the insurance industry has considered the benchmark for all Restorers and Builders. John works closely with many insurance adjusters and is trusted by many of them and their insurance agents. John has proved again and again that he can take a loss and get it back to preexisting condition and restored in a timely and professional manner. When John isn't on locations or in the office he can be found attending the many business council events for Duraclean.
Tina Vincent, Customer Specialist/Restoration Project Coordinator
Tina joined the Duraclean team in October 2006. Serving as the Customer Specialist, her duties include scheduling, accounts receivable, customer communications, and some graphic design. Duraclean certified in Carpet Cleaning helps give Tina the background knowledge necessary for great customer service and customer relations.
Tina is certified in Successful Subrogation and is also proficient in Xactimate software. Tina has excellent contacts and relationships with adjusters and has proven herself to be the one you want on your team if you experience a property loss or damage.
Carol Uden, Customer Accts & Scheduling
Carol Uden has many years of experience in Customer Service and Accounts Receivable and Payable. Many times she is the first voice you hear when you call. She will help set up times for cleanings and can give you phone estimates for Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, and Auto Cleaning. Carol will set up a time for one of our Estimators to come out and give you a detailed estimate to help you with any decisions regarding our services.
Brittany Kotthaus, Office Support
Brittany comes to Duraclean from UWSP. She helps out with office duties, Sales & Marketing, and even rolls up her sleeves when needed to help out with Janitorial, Smoke, Fire & Water Restoration and even organizing the shop area. She can clean an area rug in one minute and scheudule your on-site carpet cleaning the next. She will also be one of the first people you meet in the office and her bright smile is a nice welcome
Pat Gagnon, Restoration and Carpet Technician
Pat Gagnon joined Duraclean as a Carpet Cleaning Technician. He has been Trained and Duraclean certified in Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and Truck Mount Maintenance. Pat is also IICRC certfied for Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Pat has years of experience in working with all cleaning equipment and methods and is knowlegable in those areas. Pat's attention to detail and desire for quality work makes him a great choice for cleaning your home carpet or upholstery.
Eric Callahan, Restoration Technician
Eric comes to Duraclean with a wide range of experience and education. His expertise is in alternative energy and green practices within the construction trades and industry. Eric's knowledge in green construction is important when building and restoring your home for the future. Eric is also trained and IICRC Certified in Water, Smoke and Fire Restorations and has his Serum Application Technician Certificate. With a Serum Certificate it enables Eric to access any situation that may be suspected of having mold and has the resources and education on how to remediate it.
Steve Toepel, On-Site Projects Technician
Steve comes to Duraclean with a wide range of experience in the housing industry. He is knowledgeable in carpet installation, interior construction and many handy man skills. Through Steve's many years in the Building and Construction Industry he has overseen jobs from multi-million dollar projects to small remodels. His expertise within the construction trade has made him an important part of the Duraclean Team.
Jeff Eckerson, Carpet Technician
Jeff has been in the cleaning and building maintenance industry for many years. He is trained in Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and Hard Surface Floor Maintenance. His responsibilites include: residential, commercial and in-house carpet cleaning, janitorial cleaning, and stripping and refinishing floors and assisting in restoration projects.
